Last updated: May 31, 2026
These terms explain the rules for using Monvo. By creating an account or using Monvo, you agree to these terms.
Information, not advice
Monvo helps you organize financial information and see patterns in your accounts and statements. Monvo does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, credit, or insurance advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.
Read-only service
Monvo reads and displays financial data. Monvo does not move, hold, authorize, or initiate money movement. Monvo does not collect or store banking usernames or passwords.
Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your Monvo login secure and for providing accurate information. You may disconnect an institution, delete your financial data, or delete your account from the app or by contacting Monvo.
Connected accounts and statements
When you connect an account through Plaid, you authorize Monvo to read transaction and balance data. When you upload a statement, you authorize Monvo to extract structured transaction data from that statement. Raw statement files are deleted after extraction.
Service availability
Monvo may be unavailable at times because of maintenance, provider outages, bank connection issues, or other operational reasons. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Monvo is not liable for losses, damages, missed opportunities, financial decisions, provider outages, incomplete data, or actions you take based on information shown in the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Monvo to break the law, access someone else's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, or attempt to bypass security controls.
